Returns Policy

 There is a strict NO RETURN policy on all consumables, including but not limited to:

  • A1CNow
  • Cotinine Detect
  • PTS Test Panels
  • Caresens Test Strips
  • Hemocue Test Strips
  • Urine Test Strips

 

A refund or credit will be processed  based on the outcome of the evaluation .

All our products have an individual warranty period and can/will be replaced if the product meets warranty replacement  requirements.

Warranty Replacement

PFA adheres to the conditions of the Consumer Protection Act. Each return request will be individually evaluated based on CPA (Consumer Protection Act) legislation.
